After having anonymous blogs for almost 12 years (yeesh! 12?), I’ve finally decided to keep one under my real name as a way to keep track of everyone.
It’s also a way for everyone to keep track of me. I think of it as a kind of Christmas card, one of those really long letter type ones no one really reads because they’re really not as interested in your life as you think they are. But you write that damn long letter anyway every year because you haven’t seen the recipient in forever and you think that they are as interested in your life as you are in theirs.
You’re wrong of course, but you get a damn long letter in reply; so you keep on writing one every year in blissful ignorance.
Yeah. This is one of those.
